What is the Mentjutsu Program?

The Mentjutsu Program is based on 4 main ideas, or "steps."

1) The mind is vision-driven.

2) All thoughts are mere suggestions, from one of many possible sources of input, to the conscious thinking mind.

3) The mind interprets the thoughts that we dwell on as goals.

4) The mind then creates the desire, obsession, craving, etc to motivate one to seek to materialize that "goal" into reality.

Mentjutsu is a self-paced training program that will teach you to understand your thought process and stop negative thoughts while they're still seeds, preventing the negative desires, actions, and life paths that follow. Our videos will give you practical advice for using Mentjutsu to achieve your goals--be they weight loss, time management, substance abuse recovery, and more. Our scheduled group discussions will answer your further questions, give you the support you need to achieve your goals, and even generate new ideas for how to apply Mentjutsu.

We ask that you use Mentjutsu not just to help yourself, but to support others. You may remain anonymous to protect your identity, but please be generally honest. Get to know each others' stories and struggles and keep up with each other--it's only with your help that we can make the Mentjutsu environment as educational and motivational as possible!
